Macromaxxing subscription purchases, cancellation, restore, renewal, and refund requests are handled through the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Apple subscription settings
Cancel or change renewal from your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the Macromaxxing account does not cancel it.
Use Apple’s support paths
Restore an eligible purchase from the app, or request a refund through Apple. Contact Macromaxxing support if the entitlement state looks wrong after Apple confirms it.
