MacromaxxingThis policy applies to the Macromaxxing iPhone app and public website. The service is provided by Thomas van Latum trading as Velvet Motion, a Dutch eenmanszaak registered under KVK number 97514071. Privacy questions can be sent to info.velvetmotion@gmail.com.
On-device data can include onboarding answers, macro targets, meal logs, saved and planned recipes, shopping-list state, cooking progress, and preferences. The app uses a pseudonymous service identity for protected recipe delivery and subscription entitlement checks.
Apple distributes the app and processes App Store purchases. Supabase provides authentication and protected recipe delivery. RevenueCat supports purchase and subscription entitlements. Allowlisted product analytics may be enabled only under the reviewed app configuration.
When you email support, we receive the details you choose to send so we can respond and maintain a support record. Please do not include payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal data.
Product analytics can be turned off in Profile > Privacy & legal. Local data remains until deleted or reset. Service and purchase records may remain as needed to operate the service and meet Apple, provider, or legal requirements.

Macromaxxing is intended for people aged 13 or older, subject to local consent requirements. Material changes to this policy will be published here with a new effective date.
